products we offer carry a conditional 30 day money-back guarantee
when used as directed by the manufacturer, unless otherwise noted
on the product information page.
We
strive to ensure the utmost accuracy in our product presentations,
but errors can occur. If there appears to be an error in the information
presented or if additional information regarding packaging, ingredients

Important
information about our return policy!
- Returns of
two or more of the same product must be unopened and are subject
to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Please be advised, you are welcome
to buy as many items as you wish in order to take advantage of
quantity discounts, but we will only refund the purchase price
minus all shipping costs and merchant fee on one (1) opened
item.
- All returns
or canceled orders will be assessed a service and handling fee
of $10.00 per credit issued.
- Returns that
do not include the RMA number or are received at the improper
address will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
- RMA's which
are not received within 10 business days of issue are void and
will NOT be honored.
- Although
there is free shipping on some orders, the actual shipping charges
which were incurred will be deducted from the original purchase
before refunds / credits are issued. Shipping charges are NOT
refundable!
- Orders which
are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable
fees listed above - including the return fee, our incurred shipping
fees and restocking fees.
- The terms
of this guarantee are subject to change with or without notice.
Follow
these simple steps to complete a return refund request:
- Call our
Customer Service department at 877.516.5433, or email us at returns@tri-vestin.com
to obtain a return merchandise authorization number.
- Write your
reason for returning the product and the RMA number on the invoice
you received with your order.
- Write the
RMA number on the outside of the package you are returning to
the far left of the mailing address.
- Mail the
remaining product back to us in its original packaging, with receipt,
reason for returning the product and the return authorization
number supplied by Customer Service. A refund, minus actual shipping
and return costs, will be processed after receipt and verification
of the return.
- Returns that
do not include the RMA number on the outside of the package or
are received at the improper address will be returned to the sender
without refund at the senders expense!
Cancellation
Policy:
Orders
are automatically uploaded to our secure merchant processor which
incurs fees.
- If
you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will be
assessed a 10% cancellation fee.
- If
you cancel your order after it has been shipped, the Product Return
Policy procedure must be followed.
- Orders
refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees
listed above including the return fee, our shipping costs and
a 15% restocking fee.
Fraudulent
Chargeback Policy:
If
you place a chargeback with your credit card provider for an order
you placed and received, there will be a $50 research fee charged
to your account upon reversal of the chargeback by our merchant
provider to cover our investigative expenses to prove that that
the transaction was legitimate.
NO
EXCEPTIONS! If you you do not remember making the purchase,
call the number on your credit card statement next to the charge
BEFORE calling your provider.
We
log IP strings on all orders. Any chargebacks from fraudulent use
of credit cards will be diligently pursued through your local jurisdiction
for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
